These terms apply to the public Mills website and app (“Mills”). Mills is a product of AlliMediaHub (“we”, “us”). By using Mills you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Mills.
1. What Mills is
Mills publishes football competition information, such as fixtures, results, tables, teams, player profiles, stories and live match updates, on behalf of competition organisers. It also offers features such as following, notifications, comments, team applications and credential checks.
2. Information on Mills
Competition information is supplied and approved by organisers and their officials. We work to show it accurately and promptly, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from error. Live scores and events can change until the organiser confirms the result.
Mills is not a betting or official records service. Do not rely on it alone for decisions with financial, legal or safety consequences.
3. Credential checks
A credential check shows the live record at the moment of the check. A screenshot is not a credential. Decisions about who may play or enter remain with the organiser, match officials and venue staff.
4. Your conduct
When you use Mills, you agree not to:
- post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, misleading or that invades someone's privacy;
- impersonate anyone or submit false information in an application;
- interfere with Mills, its security or other users, or access it by automated means except as we allow;
- copy, scrape or resell Mills content or data without our written permission.
Comments are moderated. We and organisers may remove content, turn comments off, or restrict access at any time.
5. Content and ownership
Mills, its design, software and brand belong to AlliMediaHub. Organisers keep ownership of the competition content they publish and allow us to display it on Mills.
When you post a comment or submit an application, you confirm you have the right to do so and allow us and the organiser to use it to run Mills and the competition.
6. Other services
Mills links to services we do not control, such as YouTube streams. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
7. Availability
We provide Mills “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of Mills, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AlliMediaHub, Mills and their officers, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of Mills or reliance on information on it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Your responsibility
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that AlliMediaHub or Mills incur because you broke these terms or the law while using Mills.
10. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Mills after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
